Does Clear Drawn Tickets delete the Winners History?
No — it only resets which numbers are eligible to be drawn again this round. Winners History is permanent and untouched.
We sold fewer tickets than the configured range — will unsold numbers get drawn?
Only if Print Addon is off. With Print Addon on, the draw pool is issued tickets only, so unsold numbers can't come up.
Can Staff shrink tonight's ticket range without going into Admin?
Yes — Control has an End Ticket # field on the tap keypad for exactly this, no full Admin access needed.
